How do I join the Niche Parfums Rewards Program?
Simply create an account on our website or register in-store using your preferred email address and contact details.
You must be registered for points and rewards to apply to your purchases
Do I need an account to earn points?
Yes. Rewards are only available to registered customers.
Please ensure you use the same email address for both online and in-store purchases so your rewards can be correctly linked to your account.
How do I /create an account?
Please click on "Login/Register" followed by 'Create An Account' and fill in your personal particulars.
How do points work?
Members earn points according to their current loyalty tier.
Points can later be redeemed for store credit, where:
1 Point = R1 Store Credit
The higher your tier, the faster you earn rewards.
When do I move to the next tier?
Your loyalty tier is automatically upgraded once your lifetime spending reaches the qualifying threshold for the next level.
Once upgraded, all future purchases will earn points according to your new tier benefits
Can points be exchanged for cash?
No. Points and store credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, gift cards, or refunds.
Can I earn points on discounted items?
No. Rewards and points do not apply to discounted products or promotional items.
This is to prevent double-discounting within the rewards system
Are bundle specials eligible for rewards?
Some promotional bundles and special offers are excluded from rewards earning and redemption.
For example, heavily discounted bundle offers such as the Flagship 50ml x 3 promotion do not qualify for loyalty rewards.
When do my points start accumulating?
Points begin accumulating prospectively from the date you register for the rewards program.
Purchases made before registration are not eligible for retrospective points allocation.
Do points work for in-store purchases?
Yes. Points are automatically applied to eligible in-store purchases once your account has been registered.
Please provide the same email address or login details used for your online account when shopping in-store.
Why are my rewards not showing?
Please ensure:
- You are logged into your account
- You used the same email address for your purchase
- The products purchased were eligible for rewards earning

Can Niche Parfums change the rewards program?

How do I redeem my points?
Points may be redeemed at any time and converted into store credit during checkout or through your account portal.
